Share with someone a weakness that could also be viewed as a strength. The link below gives you several examples of weaknesses that double as strengths. Also, only share 1 or 2 weaknesses. If an interviewer asks you for more than this, just politely say, "I really don't have any other glaring weaknesses".

Mar 1, Job Want Ads on the Increase

Since early January I've been tracking the number of job want ads employers have been posting in 5 major to medium sized cities--Detroit, Grand Rapids, Kalamazoo, Fort Wayne, and South Bend.

These job postings are up 92 (Jan 1 - Mar 1), from 13,072 jobs, to 25,101 today. BTW--these are only jobs paying $60,000 or higher.

Why these 5 cities and what's the big deal?

Because these communities are manufacturing based with close ties to the Automotive Industry. They were hardest hit during the recession. So, if there is steady weekly job growth in these cities...the tide is coming in.

It still feels like we're in a recession, but the good news is, the job market for the past 8 weeks has trended upwards. Your luck is about to change.
