What is Your Greatest Weakness?

by Noemi Hernandez
(South Bend, IN)

Mike-

The job interview question I dread the most is: What is your greatest weakness?

I am not sure what a company is looking for and how my answer will affect the outcome of my interview.

Thanks, Noemi

Mike's Comments:

Hello Noemi-

You're not alone! Everyone struggles with this one.

But it's easier to answer than you think. For several ideas and example answers to this common interview question, go to my page top interview questions.

Hope this helps. All the best.
